Three Blogs on How to Make ButterCream and Frosting Roses

Short and sweet! Here's three of the best blogs I've found
over the past year to demonstrate making buttercream roses.

Yammie's Noshery is  a cute blog maintained by
"a big sister cooking for her family of nine".
Lots of good recipes and photos.
The video attached to the link above is
a good all-purpose frosting rose technique.
The blog also has some helpful tips for food photographers.

Zoe Bakes is one of my very favorite baking blogs.
It has great recipes, archives of helpful techniques and lots of
tasty pictures to help you unravel all the mysteries of baking.
This link is to a wonderful picture tutorial on how
to make large frosting roses. The technique here
took me a little practice to get down,
but the abundance of step by step photos were very helpful!

CaseyCooks has more than just baking recipes,
but recipes for every meal of the day.
(and of course beautiful pictures to help you along the way)
I love the video posted here on how to make large star tip roses.
This technique is simple and easy but really dresses up cakes, it also
seems to be a trendy way to ice cakes.
I've been seeing this technique pop up
often while searching cake ideas lately.

Hope these help!
