Last Minute Christmas Pie!!!

Need a last minute Christmas dessert idea?? 
 Here's a quick and easy variation on Pumpkin Pie that is sure to please!

Start with a pre-made Pumpkin Pie, or whip one up quickly.
 I used a can of pumpkin pie mix and a pre-made graham cracker crust.

Cook one can of sweetened condensed milk in a medium skillet until it thickens, about 10 minutes, stirring all the time.  Add 1 cup toasted pecans and 1 cup shredded coconut.

Spread on top of cooled pumpkin pie and enjoy!  The milk hardens into a carmel topping making a pumpkin pie even more delicious!!
